Low voltage intelligent compound switch
- SDF-FK composite switch is a new generation of capacitor switching switch in low-voltage reactive power compensation device. It is an intelligent environmentally friendly and energy-saving executive component. It is a new scientific and technological achievement carefully developed by our company in view of the inherent deficiencies of thyristors and AC contactors in low-voltage reactive power compensation applications.
- The basic working principle of SDF-FK series low-voltage composite switch is: the thyristor is connected in parallel with the magnetic latching relay, which is controlled by the internal single-chip microcomputer. At the moment of input and removal, the thyristor is responsible for zero-crossing switching, that is, the voltage is input at the moment of zero-crossing, and the current is removed at the moment of zero-crossing. The thyristor conduction time is very short and does not generate heat, and then it is switched to the magnetic latching relay for operation.
- It has the advantages of zero-crossing switching without inrush current of thyristor TSC switch, and the advantages of no power consumption of AC contactor operation, which avoids the defects of heating of thyristor operation and spark of contactor switching. In particular, since there is no inrush current and spark of magnetic latching relay at the moment of attraction and disconnection, its electrical life is much higher than the designed life, and its mechanical life is as high as one million times.
